SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to have your items will despatch within 2-5 working days of receiving payment for your order.
Delivery times given are approximate as we cannot predict unexpected delays, and all items are sent via Royal Mail.
We will deliver the goods to the address specify in your order. We cannot accept responsibility if the delivery address you have provided is incorrect.
Delivery prices are based on the size and weight of the parcel dispatched and also on the delivery location. Delivery charges will be calculated once you reach the checkout.
UK Mainland Postage by Royal Mail
Orders placed on a weekend will be posted out on the following Monday (unless it is a Bank Holiday Monday).
International Shipping
For international buyers, we ask contact with us to check postage costs before you place an order
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact with us in 10 days and we’ll refund the cost of the item minus shipping costs.
Damage items
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit please email us within 12 hours of receiving the items. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period. We will then require you to send us a photos so that we can see the damage and discus the return. After we receive your email, an exchange or refund will be offered.
